Our Vision
Project vision
The community’s vision its that the Payamino community and area by the year 2012 will be recognized as a special place in the world by being a protected environment which supports sustainable livelihoods for the Kichwa people.

Specific objectives
- Provide education to all ages and levels in the community
- Improve and secure the health services in the community
- Strengthen the Kichwa culture
- Develop sustainable economic alternatives (i.e. tourism and handicrafts)
- Develop skills through seminars and workshops
- The area has protected status
- The jungle is rich in wildlife
- Theres is a worldwide awareness of the rich biodiversity of the area
- Develop partnerships with Zoos, Universities, NGOs, private partners etc.
- Make Payamino a flagship project in the region
- Establish significant research in the Payamino
- Encourage and include professionals and volunteers in the project
- Established partnerships with the local authorities
- A high flow of information to all stakeholders
